Sailing - my favourite hobby.

Here is my mate Dylan Winter on his. Mine is ZIG ZAG, and is exactly the same.

I sail up and down the east coast of Ireland, across to the Isle of Man and also to England.

Football

I am a LIVERPOOL FC supporter. 

My wife was born in Liverpool.

I went to Liverpool University.

We lived there for many years.

Both of my children also went to The University of Liverpool.

It is an amazing city with wonderful people.

Travel

I LOVE travelling.

My family emigrated to Australia when I was aged 4. We returned when I was ten, on a boat. It was a 7 weeks trip and we called at many places.

Here is the list of places the boat called at :

Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane (all Australia), Aukland (New Zealand), Suva (Fiji), Pape'ete (Tahiti), Colon Cristobal (Panama Canal), Curacao (Dutch Antilles), Caracas (Venezuela),  Lisbon (Portugal) and Southampton (England,UK). 

So, by the age of 10 I had sailed around the World !

Here are some of the countries I have visited since - some of them many times :

Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Morocco, Netherlands, Croatia, Bosnia, Hungary, Romania, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, USA.

My favourite cities are :

Istanbul, Paris, Amsterdam, Rome, Barcelona, Marrakesh and Sydney.
